Alejandra "Sandra" Garitonandia Puig is Global Manager of the Industry Team and Industry Principal for Life Sciences at Vistex, where she helps pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies optimize commercial performance through pricing, revenue management, and commercial transformation. She specializes in tenders, contracting, rebates, royalties, CMO/CDMO collaboration, Gross-to-Net processes, and commercial excellence, working with companies to align business needs with technology to support simplification and growth.
With more than 18 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, Sandra has held both business and IT leadership roles, including positions at Sanofi and Ipsen Pharma. That combination of experience shapes her approach to customer work: commercial strategy, business process, and technology are treated as a single system rather than separate workstreams, an approach she brings to the pricing optimization and revenue management transformations she leads today.
A frequent speaker, author, and industry thought leader, Sandra publishes and presents on life sciences commercialization, market access, revenue management, and the evolving role of AI in business transformation, sharing perspective drawn directly from customer engagements across the industry. She has spoken at industry forums including the EPP Life Sciences Pricing Forum, the World Pharma Pricing and Market Congress (PPMA), Digital Transformation in Life Sciences events, and the SAP Leaders in Life Sciences Symposium, among others.
Originally from Spain, Sandra has lived and worked in Belgium, France, and Germany before returning to her home country. Fluent in seven languages, she brings a global perspective to the customer relationships she builds across markets and cultures, with a passion for connecting people, ideas, and solutions.
