Bob Steller is a Life Sciences Industry Principal at Vistex, supporting life sciences customers and product strategy across the organization. With almost 40 years of experience in the life sciences industry, he brings a rare combination of business and IT expertise to complex commercial and compliance challenges.
Prior to joining Vistex, Bob spent several years consulting to the life sciences industry at both the operational and strategic level, including contract revenue management engagements. He also spent 17 years in business and IT leadership roles at Abbott Laboratories, where he led the development and implementation of divisional and enterprise systems spanning validated manufacturing, distribution, complaint handling, product tracking, SAP ERP, contract revenue management, and compliance.
His work included building the infrastructure and interfaces to support master data management, real-time order pricing, EDI, and other corporate and divisional data needs, giving Bob firsthand knowledge of how commercial and compliance systems operate together across a life sciences organization. His expertise today spans contract and revenue management, pricing strategy, bid strategy, and Gross-to-Net operations.
