Erica Petersohn is a Life Sciences Compliance Industry Principal at Vistex. Over more than three decades as a life sciences executive and advisor, she has held both in-house and consulting roles, helping life sciences companies, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies, navigate complex regulatory environments while driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Erica’s expertise centers on government pricing and market access strategy, Medicaid programs, Federal Supply Schedule contracting, State Drug Price Transparency, compliance strategy, revenue optimization, contracting, and rebate management. Her work spans government program compliance, brand product launch readiness, and Gross-to-Net and forecasting/segment strategy. Her experience includes consulting and support for branded pharma, generics, and medical device companies, including FSS negotiations, FSS audit support, and regulatory reporting.
Erica held leadership roles across Federal Compliance Solutions, Baker Tilly, KPMG, Deloitte, Alliance Life Sciences, CIS, Grifols, Sunovion, Hoffmann-La Roche, and Astellas. In these roles, she has led government pricing programs, negotiated Federal Supply Schedule contracts, directed Medicaid and AMP/Best Price governance and recalculation efforts, built and managed state price transparency reporting programs, grown consulting practices, and advised executive-level stakeholders. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Boehringer Ingelheim and Forest Laboratories.
She has presented at industry conferences including MDRP, Informa Life Sciences, KENX, and the 2022 ACI Webinar on new product launches, among others. She has authored content and client advisories across a range of government pricing and compliance topics.
