Once implementation is complete, Vistex seeks a continued partnership with our customers to share the ownership of the project. Extended services benefit customers because they receive continual process improvement and best practice information to maximize their investment in Vistex solutions.
End User Training
Vistex end user and technical configuration training is available at the customer site or via Vistex classroom instruction. For more information about end user training, please see our Training page.
Project Management/Change Management
- Provide timely advice, risk management, issue tracking, and resource and budget controls for all Vistex projects
- Leverage ASAP methodology and/or implementation partner processes and templates
- Leverage experience from other Vistex implementations
- Support organizational change management activities including, but not limited to, coordinating testing activities, training, etc.
SAP Business Warehouse, Business Objects, HANA Services
- Provide solutions for industry specific reporting needs
- Receive recommendations and assistance regarding Vistex data models, structures, and pre-delivered BW extractors and cubes
- Design solutions for customer-specific reporting requirements
- HANA specific recommendations and execution for Vistex projects
- BW, BOBJ, and BPC expertise for Vistex and non-Vistex related projects
