Making a Lasting Impact
Vistex GmbH has partnered with Tafel Walldorf e.V. to combat food insecurity in honor of the Sanjay Shah & Raju Datla Day of Giving. Employees raised 3,050 euros through a Potluck event, donations, and volunteer hours and they will continue supporting Tafel Walldorf with food storage and distribution. The collaboration highlights the power of community in addressing food scarcity.
Opportunities to triple the impact
April is Volunteer Appreciation Month at Vistex and is dedicated to honoring employees and their families by doubling volunteer grants. Another impactful highlight is Global Giving Week, which initiates on the first Tuesday in December (Giving Tuesday) and culminates one week later International Volunteer Day.
During this week, all donations are matched 2:1, and offices around the globe engage in volunteer efforts and events which focus on supporting food banks, shelters, and charities.
The Sanjay Shah & Raju Datla Day of Giving was launched as an annual event at Vistex to honor the legacies of our Founder and former CEO, Sanjay Shah and former President, Raju Datla, and their commitment to leadership, kindness, and community. On January 19th of each year, employees are encouraged to participate through volunteering or financial contributions, with a focus on a different charitable cause each year.
The 2025 theme was Food Scarcity, and employees supported organizations dedicated to addressing hunger, such as food banks and pantries. Vistex, through the Endeavor program, matched donations and volunteer hours for approved organizations. During this time, employees from around the globe united with enthusiasm and passion to magnify the legacy of giving and community support in honor of these two inspiring visionaries.
