Vistex to launch brand new OS2.0 platform at Midem 2018

Also welcomes 20 new clients to its roster of 400 music companies

London, UK: May 29, 2018 – Vistex, the leading provider of rights and royalties software solutions dedicated to the music, entertainment and licensing industries, formally launches its brand new OS2.0 platform at Midem, taking place in Cannes on June 5-8, 2018. The platform will enable music clients to offer first class statement delivery, dynamic dashboards and intuitive financial analytics to their composers, artists, managers, and sub-publishers.

Vistex is also delighted to welcome more than 20 new music companies to its 400 strong client roster over the last 12 months. The likes of Gallo Music Publishers (South Africa), Som Livre and Rocking Gorillas Music (both Brazil), Just Isn’t Music (UK), Machiavelli (Italy) and First Music Publishing (Russia) are among the many who have chosen to manage the administration of their businesses with Vistex’s Counterpoint Suite.

Gallo is a 90-year-old Music company with a vast catalogue of copyrights and administrative deals. “We are delighted to now finally form part of the ever growing and successful Counterpoint Suite offered and maintained by Vistex,” says Rob Cowling, Gallo Music Group’s General Manager. “Gallo now takes advantage of Music Maestro’s dynamic functionality as it expands into a wider sphere of music administration alongside Gallo Music Group’s aggressive growth around the globe. Rocking Gorillas, an independent music publisher from Sao Paolo, and formed by John Telfer, Chairman of the company and formerly of Basement Brazil and BMG Brazil returns to the Vistex family having used the Counterpoint Suite with both previous companies.
