Job Spec:

Our Client in Cape Town requires a  SAP HR Functional Analyst (Learning) for a permanent role. The successful candidate will provide support and complete the deliverables in the SAP HR space specifically in regard to the SAP Learning module.

Qualifications

  • SAP Learning Certification
  • IT Degree/ Diploma or equivalent required to meet job objectives

Responsibilities

  • To implement the configuration of the SAP Learning Solution system as requested by the Human Resources Department in accordance with the Organisation’s Standards
  • To maintain the configuration of the SAP Learning Solution system as requested by the Human Resources Department in accordance with the Organisation’s Standards
  • Key Performance Area (KPA) 3
  • To provide support to members of the IT department as well as to the HR user community
  • To ensure that Administration and Procedural requirements are met

  • SAP Learning Configuration

Knowledge and Skills

  • Learning Legislative reporting requirements
  • SAP Learning Solution (Sap Standard functionality)
