Instructor Led Training Instructor led training is conducted at Vistex headquarters in the Chicago area at 2300 Barrington Road, Suite 550 in Hoffman Estates, IL. Onsite Training On-site training can be arranged at your location. Please contact your Vistex representative for prices and more information. Eligibility Vistex training is available only to the following groups: • Employees of customers who have licensed the software • Employees of partners who have executed a formal alliance agreement with Vistex • SAP Employees Registration Please fill out the Onlineform to register for classes. Registration can also be done by fax at 847-490-0418 or by email at training@vistex.com. A Vistex representative will contact you confirming your reservation. Cancellation Policies Student Cancellation You may cancel or change a course reservation without penalty by submitting a written cancellation request via email at training@vistex.com or via fax 847-490-0418. Vistex must receive notice of cancellation at least 10 working days prior to the start of a course. Changes made within 10 working days of the course start date are subject to a penalty of 50% of the course tuition while changes made on the day of the course, or a no-show, are subject to a penalty of 100% of the tuition. Course Cancellation Vistex reserves the right to cancel course dates due to insufficient enrollment. Students will be notified of cancellations within 10 working days of the course start date.
