Over the years, SAP customers are increasingly cognizant of the importance of experienced and skilled consulting support during the implementation of SAP solutions. Many projects have failed to deliver the expected results, not because of the software itself, but because of improper and inadequate guidance provided during the course of the project. We pride ourselves in the quality and skill level of the resources we provide for a project; whether it is for our own packaged solutions, or for any of the core SAP modules. And our success is manifested in the results we have delivered. We firmly believe that our solution is not successful until it is accepted and appreciated by the business users. So, we are actively engaged in implementing our packaged solutions. The IP Module has been successfully implemented by several customers. SAP has provided the appropriate market exposure and its appeal continues to grow. Enterprise Product/Pricing/Partner Management has been gaining traction and we expect to have customers by the end of the year. We are also involved in projects that may not involve our packaged solutions but require cross-functional, multi-disciplinary skills across SAP modules. We have blurred the line between functional and technical consulting. Our consultants can straddle both disciplines and they can guide and lead business analysts as well as developers. Their multi-disciplinary skills usually extend across several SAP modules such as ERP, CRM, APO, BW, SEM, etc. We also have specialized skills for certain industry solutions such as Trade Promotion Management for the Consumer Products Goods companies. We usually carry a project from Thought to Finish and follow the SAP Implementation Methodology ASAP (Accelerated SAP). We welcome the opportunity to share our approach and ideas with you.
