Opportunities We recognize that SAP offers outstanding capabilities in its support for business processes and in its underlying technology. However, there are opportunities in the core SAP solution to address functionality gaps and/or to better support a business process. Our charter is to utilize the existing SAP infrastructure and technology to pursue such opportunities to create an improved solution. We have gathered extensive field experience from having worked with customers in virtually every industry and with companies of all sizes. Supported by our strong technical skills, we incorporate this experience into our development process that enables us to bring a unique perspective to problem solving. The final result is a solution that surpasses expectations without the need for relying on best-of-breed or legacy solutions that reside outside the SAP environment. Approach Vistex solutions do not require any interfaces and there are no integration costs since they are installed and reside in your SAP environment. We refer to our solutions as embedded add-ons. The need for bolt-ons is eliminated. This can result in substantial savings from having a separate hardware and maintenance landscape for one-off solutions. Our software is developed using the same tools that are used by SAP developers. Our software is packaged and delivered using the same software delivery mechanisms used by SAP. Our add-on software typically requires little to no modification to the core SAP code and is completely compatible with subsequent SAP releases and support pack upgrades. We hold ourselves to high development and quality standards and it is our constant quest to deliver a solution that would mirror how SAP might have accomplished it. Milestone As a manifestation of our unique and incredible value proposition, SAP recently signed an agreement with us to sell and to support our Incentives and Paybacks solution.
